WOW Awards

The WOW Awards, granted by Andamur as part of its WOW commitment to gender equality in the transport sector, are an initiative aimed at recognizing and highlighting the talent, effort, and innovation of women in a traditionally male-dominated field. Through these awards, Andamur reaffirms its commitment to equal opportunities, promoting a cultural shift that facilitates the active participation of women at all levels of the transport sector.

The first edition of these awards took place during the III INTERNATIONAL WOMEN AND TRANSPORT SECTOR FORUM, held on February 20, 2025, in Málaga, establishing itself as a milestone in recognizing the contributions of women in the industry.
