WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A FEMALE TRUCKER?
“Strong, Capable, Truck Drivers: Women” not only celebrates and highlights the valuable work of female truck drivers but also offers them recognition and tangible support through various meaningful gestures and actions carried out during Women’s Week at Andamur Service Areas.
The initiative aims to make the work of female truck drivers visible in the sector. Through videos and testimonies, they share their experiences, challenges, and achievements in a profession historically dominated by men. These actions not only give voice to their stories but also inspire other women to follow in their footsteps and challenge gender norms in the workplace.
