This November, in the framework of the international fair TransLogistica Poland, we presented WOW, Women On The Way, Andamur ‘s initiative for equality in the transport sector.
This event, which brings together thousands of professionals from the logistics and transport industry from all over Europe and the world, was the ideal setting to present our movement that works for the visibility and empowerment of women in the sector.
During the presentation, we had the participation of three outstanding professionals who shared their experiences and trajectory:
– Ilona Wyszyńska-Zajkowska, member of the Board of Directors of PTM Transport.
– Małgorzata Wyszyńska-Kwiatkowska, Partner and Managing Director of PTM Transport.
– Natalia Sówka, Professional Truck Driver.
In addition, we took advantage of this momentous occasion to present the WOW Awards, designed to honour women who are making a real difference in the industry, and whose entries will be open until 30 November.
It was a real pleasure to be able to present WOW at TransLogistica, a space that allowed us to discuss the challenges and achievements of women in transport, further promoting equality and respect in our sector.
