Continuing our celebration of Women’s Week at Andamur, this Friday, March 7, WOW Women On The Way was present at Women’s Fleet, one of the most important events in Poland bringing together women leaders from the transport and automotive industries.
Our colleague Magdalena Gałązka, Team Leader of Andamur Polska, participated in the roundtable discussion “Women in Transport”, organized by Truck & Trailer magazine and moderated by its editor-in-chief, Grzegorz Rutka. Sharing the stage with her were:
- Agnieszka Głowicka – Marketing Director of DAF Trucks Polska
- Małgorzata Bieniaszewska – CEO and owner of MB Pneumatyka
- Aneta Piotrowska – Business Customer Specialist at Flotman
- Magdalena Gałązka – Team Leader of Andamur Polska
During the discussion, key topics related to gender equality in the sector were addressed, including:
✅ The challenges women face in a traditionally male-dominated industry.
✅ Barriers to career development and access to leadership positions.
✅ The role of companies in promoting equality and female empowerment.
✅ Working conditions for female truck drivers and the need to improve infrastructure and safety in the sector.
Participating in Women’s Fleet has been another opportunity to reaffirm WOW’s commitment to increasing the visibility and recognition of female talent in the transport sector.
At WOW, we continue working to ensure that more women find their place in this industry, break barriers, and gain recognition for their professionalism and dedication. Because in transport, as in any other industry, talent has no gender.
